Repeat spawner series: All fish are not equal in Omega 3s

Omega 3 fatty acids are often touted as a great health benefit from eating fish . However, that blanket statement can be quite misleading as all fish do not share the same composition. We wanted to share a ‘vintage’ Fisheries Blog post from Steve Midway which addresses this issue because it’s a topic that comes up so frequently that it’s always good for a bit of a reminder!

Omega 3 fatty acids are a regular health item in the news cycle.
